Our service

The delivery costs to UK mainland are Euro 149. The delivery is done until the first lockable door of the house you live in. The delivery period is indicated on your order confirmation. We will do our best to deliver all the ordered items at the same time. Smaller orders are being delivery via parcel service, e.g. DHL/UPS/GLS if possible. For all other countries we would be happy to advise you of delivery costs and suggest an estimated delivery date upon request. For all other countries the delivery charges are calculated on the basis of the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery address. The customer is being contacted by the forwarding agency and the delivery date is then confirmed. The customer does not have the right to claim a certain date of delivery.

How to order via webshop

Please put the items you wish to receive into the cart/basket. Then you will be asked to sign up for a customer account including the information on your e-mail address, delivery address and invoice address. Afterwards you are able to choose a payment method and to verify your order. In the end you will simply have to click on the button “order”.

How to order via our 'order form'

Please fill in the all items you wish to receive including the order number and amount on the order form. Also fill name your delivery address and invoice address as well as at least one telephone number which is important for the notification of your delivery date by telephone by our delivery partner. Please tick the method of payment at the lower part and send the signed order form by post or fax u us. The address and fax number is to be found on the order form.
The purchase contract is concluded when we have replied with the order confirmation. With the order confirmation you will also receive your invoice.
If you have processed your order via online shop including all necessary details for this purpose and have clicked the button ‘order’ you have submitted a binding offer. The receipt of this offer is being confirmed by our online shop atomatically within a couple of minutes. After we have checked your order maunally you will receive an order confirmation confirming your order.

We will do our best to deliver all the ordered items at the same time. The regular lead time is 2 to 6 weeks. Smaller orders are being delivery via parcel service, e.g. DHL/UPS/GLS if possible. For all other countries (this means other than UK mainland) we would be happy to advise you of delivery costs and suggest an estimated delivery date upon request. For all other countries the delivery charges are calculated on the basis of the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery address. The customer is being contacted by the forwarding agency and the delivery date is then confirmed.. We will do our best to hold on to the stated delivery period/date. If there is a delay you will be contacted. The customer does not have the right to claim a certain date of delivery. When your ordered products arrive please check if you notice damage on the delivery package, in which case we can assume that the content is also affected. You have to note these damage down on the delivery note of the forwarder, so that the insurance will cover the damage and delivery cost. Also, please check carefully if the number of packages you received and the number of packages (collies) indicated on the delivery note is the SAME.

Payment methods

Order which have been placed via our order form send by post or fax must be paid by regular bank transfer two weeks before delivery date. Please make sure that we receive the full amount by taking on the bank charges on your side. If you place your order via our web shop you do also have the possibility to pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal besides to the advance payment by regular bank transfer which is due two weeks before delivery date. Your personal credit card data is not being saved in our system. All our catalogue prices are gross prices / VAT included, this means including the German tax amount of 19%.Only within Germany and Austria we are able to offer the payment method C.O.D (cash on delivery). If we offer you a chash discount of two percent for immediate payment this does not apply to reduced offers, special offers or other bargains and discounts. Orders of customized versions will only be delivered when we receive a pre-payment (of at least 10% of the total sum) in advance when you are placing your order and the rest payment two weeks before delivery date.

Return warranty

If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reasons, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. Should you decide to do so you have to notify us in writing within this period. In case of an effective return or valid revocation mutually received goods and services, and any profit derived therefrom (such as usage), shall be returned. In case of a deteriorated condition you have to compensate for its value where applicable. This does not apply with respect to goods being handed over in the event that such deterioration is exclusively due to your inspecting the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail shop shop. You may avoid an obilgation for reimbursement of value, if you do not take possession of the item as if you were the owner and if you refrain from doing anything which might adversely affect the value of the item. Customized verions, custom-made products, commissioned productions, productions made with special required meassurements as well as other individual conversions and modifications can not be returned / are excluded from the return warranty.  

Warranty

Naturally you have the right to complain if your items arrive faulty, damaged, in defective condition or incomplete. WOODLANDs customer service team will endavour to solve your problems as quickly and accurate as possible. Faulty and damaged items can be exchanged free of charge if you WOODLAND within the satutory period. Items which you do not like to keep will be taken back free of charge (except for the delivery costs in foreign countries outside of Germany). Outside of Germany the customer is in charge of sending items back and must pay the delivery costs himself. Within Germany we will take over the delivery costs only if the item is worth more than 40 Euro.
The buyer is responsible for keeping the items (also the damaged or faulty items) in their original packaging, since WOODLAND might have the need of taking them back. WOODLAND reserves the right to repair the respective item at WOODLANDs own discretion. WOODLAND is not responsible and giving refund for damages caused by misuse of the item. The warranty period is valid for two years.

Privacy policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process your order and keep you informed we will only use the information that we collect about you such as your address and other customer data in strict accordance with the valid legislation of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes / BDSG, § 28 Abs. 4) as well as the German Broadcast Media Act (Telemediengesetz / TMG, § 4 Abs. 3). The personal information we receive about you including your email address will not be passed to third parties without you’re your accordance, with the exception of the service provider who need to participate in the process of your order (e.g. the forwarding agency and the bank institute being in charge of receiving your payment). In this case of course the forwarding of your data is reduced to the minimum required. We safe and secure our website and other systems via technical and organisational measures against loss, damage, access, change or distribution of your data for unauthorized persons. Your data collected during the order process is being transmitted via SSL-encoding (SSL = secure socket layer). With regard to the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz / BDSG) you have a right to request the information about your personal data saved free of charge, as well as the right of correction, blocking or deletion of this data if necessary. Please use our contact form or send us your request via post or fax if there are further questions on the acquisition, processing or usage of your personal data or if you want to notification, blocking and deletion of your personal data. We are not responsible for printing or typographical errors, modifications or other subjects to errors. Errors and changes are expected. Other agreements are only valid if the have been acknowledged in writing towards WOODLAND.
