With the LIKEaBIKE children can develop their sense of balance through play. Already at two years they can fulfil their need for physical activity. LIKEaBIKE is also suitable for children who are more advanced in their coordination development. That is an extraordinary play thing for a 2-5 year old child which is optimally aimed at the physical abilities of this age group.

This is a playful way in which the child can have their first experience on two wheels. On his first attempt to ride the bike, the child will use the bike like a hobby horse. After a short period of time getting used to the saddle the child can then run cautiously while sitting. Your child will soon be visibly more secure and push courageously with their legs in order to gain speed. If the bike starts to tip over then the child can easily make contact with floor and regain their security. Encouraged through these successful experiences your child will in a few short days be secure and happy on the rolling wheel. The most important thing about the first experience with a bike is that the child has the idea that they can travel by themselves from the beginning.

The tires consist of hardwearing rubber and are very robust and puncture resistant. Because of their easiness to clean they do not collect lots of dirt and leave no marks on the floor of your home.

Screw covers which are made out of bronze are set into the solid red beech wood hub. They guarantee a maintenance free and a free running wheel.

In the forkhead the inset felt, covers the gap between the fork and the frame. Alternatively they are available in blue (in contrast to a red saddle) or in red (in contrast to a blue saddle).

The wheels are exceptionally large for a childrens bike (31cm diameter) and this enables it to roll easily over uneven flooring.

The LIKEaBIKE consists of Birch wood, rubber, felt and high grade steel with which your 2-to 5-year old child can ride through your living room. it is not a bike it's a rolling wheel 3500g light.

The height of the seat can be adjusted from 33cm to 39cm. The saddle cover is made of cotton which is easy to take off and washable. The saddle is available in the colours red and blue. If you would like we could have the cover finished in suede.

Already at two years old they can fulfil their need for physical activity with LIKEaBIKE and also improve their sense of balance.

The frame, the fork, the wheels and the saddle of the LIKEaBIKE consist mainly of glued beech plywood. The upper surfaces can optionally be treated with high quality DD-Lacquer or hard wax. Both surface coatings fulfill the EN71 (Safety of children's toys). If you like the LIKEaBIKE can be delivered untreated (you may wax or oil it yourself). In this instance your child could colour the bike in with wax crayons before the upper surfaces have been waxed.

Through the inflated tyre wheels it is a suitable companion on excursions off the beaten track-from rough woodland paths to cobblestones while at the same time maintaining comfort for your child.

The hubs are equipped with bronze screw covers which are maintainence free and guaranteed to run freely.

The LIKEaBIKE mountain weighs just 3450 Grams.

The saddle cover is made of robust cotton material as standard. (red or blue). If you want the saddle can be covered in leather.

Important for the "cross use": the standard mudguard protects skirts, clothes and coats.
