Do
you and your family want to see WOODLAND adventure beds "live" in action
without having to travel miles? We will arrange an appointment with your
nearest WOODLAND partner
family, where you can obtain end user
information and see the product "live". That means that our partner family
has already been using the product that you are interested in for some time
and therefore make themselves available as a kind of reference family.
Of course these reference families receive a little present from WOODLAND,
so that it is guaranteed that you are
truly welcomed.
It is very annoying when you have to spend the whole day waiting for your products but they don't arrive. With WOODLAND you will receive a confirmation of the exact day your goods should arrive. After we have arranged delivery, we will hand it over to our correspondent from the transportation company who can then keep you up to date with the progress of your order.

pays the transportation costs for the delivery of your
order, if the cost of your order is over 500 EUR (*only applicable for
customers who live within Germany). We can also work out the proportional
transporting cost for a small order volume on your request. In the case of
delivery abroad WOODLAND takes on the cost up to the
German border. We can work out the additional delivery cost for you on
request. But please therefore understand that delivery abroad will only take
place if the order is paid for in advance.
Is your desired delivery appointment a few months away? But you would like to take advantage of the current good value conditions (e.g. set week) and have your order delivered later? No problem: with the WOODLAND storage service you can "virtually" store your order package for up to 3 months without incurring extra costs. The best thing to do in this case is to include your desired delivery date on the order form.

because we may be able to help you. This is how it works:
You make contact with WOODLAND. We will enter and save your address
and desired product into the computer system. Then we contact you again, if
for example a second hand bargain matching your criteria becomes available.
The same goes for price reduced exhibition pieces, trade fair
left overs or articles which have small visual imperfections.
Guarantee-Service
We offer a six year guarantee for all beam parts on all WOODLAND bunk beds. (This guarantee does not cover damages on articles which have occurred due to improper handling).
Over
and above we offer WOODLANDs useful, currently unlimited availability
on all spare parts, replacement pieces, fittings, accessories or conversion
parts for all adventure bed models - that means everything will be
compatible if you want to adjust it at a later date.
Right
of sales return:
When you place a mail order you are not taking any
risks, WOODLAND guarantees that you can return the purchased product without
giving any reason if you are not one hundred percent happy with it. It is
enough to give us a brief written message within 14 days of receiving the
product.
The right of
return is valid only when the product is unused and still packed in its
original packaging. We cannot accept any returns for specially finished
products (see general terms & conditions).
