It is very annoying when you have to spend the whole day waiting for your products but they don't arrive. With WOODLAND you will receive a confirmation of the exact day and from our transporters the exact hour your goods should arrive. After we have arranged delivery, we will hand it over to our correspondent from the transportation company who can then keep you up to date with the progress of your order.

*WOODLAND pays the transportation costs for the delivery of your order, if the cost of your order is over 500 EUR (*only applicable for customers who live within Germany). We can also work out the proportional transporting cost for a small order volume on your request. In the case of delivery abroad WOODLAND take on the cost up to the German border. We can work out the additional delivery cost for you on request. But please therefore understand that delivery abroad will only take place if the order is paid for in advance. Then we contact you again, if for example a second hand bargain matching your criteria becomes available through our resale-service. This clever service is built in to every WOODLAND bed as standard. The resale-service offers you the possiblity to sell your childs WOODLAND bed at the end of its use for its current value (as a rule 60-80 percent of new price) and it is also valid for WOODLAND to buy back after many years for a small arrangement fee (5% of the second hand price)-WOODLAND then arrange for people interested in buying your second hand product to purchase it. This means that at the end of your products long usage period, you've actually only spent a small amount of money, but you receive a great deal of service. With this service you can return the frame to WOODLAND at the end of their usage period an then you receive a credit on your customer account.
